Usually for generic packaging goods most factories can even accept orders of 3-5 cartons per item. For items which require change of Packaging it depends from product to product. After an order is confirmed, your dedicated Relationship Manager will confirm all the requirements with you prior to issuing contracts to the respective factories. Each contract we issue to the factory is legally binding which ensures your requirements are stipulated properly. In the event merchandise received is not as per the clients requirement, the factory has to take responsibility for the same. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouse our QC team will then thoroughly inspect the products and send videos/photos before making final payment to the factories. Only after clients approval the accounts department will then be able to release the balance funds. From start to finish our goal is to Protect our Clients indefinitely.

A bonded warehouse falls under the regulatory supervision of the country’s customs agency. When goods are stored in a non-bonded warehouse, an importer must pay taxes on goods received and ensure they are fully inspected immediately.
When one is planning to store a customer’s product for less than a month then it is ideal to consider short-term warehouse storage. However, long-term storage is usually chosen when the storage of the product will be for a minimum of 1 month and beyond in our warehouse.

Cross-docking is the unloading of product directly from incoming transport onto outbound transport with little if any, storage in-between. However, warehousing requires a stock of products on hand to distribute to customers on an as-needed basis.
The cross-docking process begins with receiving the incoming freight from one or multiple shipments. Where this freight is then segmented as per customer requirements and preferences. Later, these products are then loaded out onto either one or multiple shipments as per the customer’s requested specifications and demands.
Ideally, transloading usually can take anywhere from approximately 30 minutes to 5 hours depending on how the product is received, and the services that our customers are desiring out for. The process is usually very quick if the product arrives palletized or in crates. However, if the product arrives loose and needs to be individually unloaded, segmented and palletized for shipment out, then it might take few hours.
